1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Elarins website and purchasing our products or services (including "The 10-Minute Connection Reset" coaching program and "Calm Coach AI"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Elarins reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
2. Product Description

"The 10-Minute Connection Reset" is a parenting coaching program designed to help parents repair their relationships with their children using repair-first parenting methodology.
Important: This program is educational in nature and is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, or medical advice. If you or your child are experiencing mental health crises, please consult a licensed mental health professional.
2.2 Calm Coach AI
Calm Coach AI is included as a support tool within the program that provides AI-powered personalized coaching and support. This service is available as an upsell after purchase of the main program.
2.3 Limitations
Our products and services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
3. Access to Digital Products
3.1 Delivery
After successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased digital product via email. Access is provided through a secure link.
3.2 Personal Use Only
Access to the digital content is granted to you personally. You may not share, distribute, resell, or provide access to others.
3.3 Unauthorized Sharing
If we detect unauthorized sharing or redistribution of our materials, we reserve the right to revoke access without refund and pursue legal remedies if necessary.
4. Payment & Pricing
4.1 Payment Processing
Payment is processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize Stripe to process your payment according to their terms.
4.2 Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you will pay. We do not charge hidden fees.
4.3 Billing
• One-Time Purchase: You pay once for lifetime access to the program
• Subscription (if applicable): If you purchase a subscription, you will be charged on the recurring schedule you select
4.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment continues to fail, your access may be suspended until payment is received.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Money-Back Guarantee
Elarins offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on "The 10-Minute Connection Reset" program. If you are not satisfied with the program, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
To request a refund:

2 Include your order number and reason for the refund
3 We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
5.2 Refund Conditions
Refunds are available only if:
• You request the refund within 30 days of purchase
• You have not shared the program materials with others
• You have not violated any terms of this agreement
Refunds are not available for:
• Purchases made more than 30 days ago
5.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
5.4 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you normally have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
However, please note that our products consist of digital content delivered immediately after purchase.
By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that the performance of the contract begins immediately.
As a result, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, your statutory right of withdrawal is waived once access to the digital content has been granted.
